Hamstring Strain


Full time training in the professional Rugby Union as been proven to get rugby players to be more fitter and mobile than ever before
This as lead to an increase of lower limbs and also muscles injuries.

During spiriting activities the Hamstring muscle can be forcibly stretched and the muscle tissues can be come torn.

There are different strains though first,Second or Third degree strains.

Depending on this would be depending on how long would have out of rugby and traing.
You can pull your hamstring by Stretching the hamstrings beyond the amount of tension that they can withstand or Suddenly putting stress on the hamstrings when they are not ready for the stress
There is also Using the hamstrings too much on a certain day or maybe just a direct blow to the hamstring.


Symptoms




  • Pain and tenderness in the back of the thigh



  • Stiffness in the hamstrings



  • Weakness in the hamstrings



  • Bruising on the back of the thigh (if blood vessels are broken)






  • Popping or snapping sensation as the muscle tears (possibly

The way of getting your hamstring better is RICE







  • Rest

Wrist sprains















Wrist injuries are quiet common and happen quiet often. As you fall it is often to fall straight on to your hands and wrists. In doing so, the wrist is often suddenly, and forcefully, torqued or twisted. This can cause a common injury called a wrist sprain.This is one of the common injuries as it catches your fall and quiet weak. When you sprain your wrist it gets the ligaments torned beyond the normal ligaments.





There is lots of symptoms for sprained wrists,










  • Pain with movement of the wrist







  • Swelling around the wrist joint






  • Bruising or discoloration of the skin







  • Burning or tingling sensations around the wrist













Shoulders joint injuries



Shoulder joint injuries normal occur by falling directly on to the shoulder






or repetitive strain.






Falls can inure the shoulder one in three ways...













The casualty falls directly onto the shoulder joint itself







In the process of a fall, the casualty lands onto an outstretched hand and the force of the fall is transmitted up the arm to the shoulder







The casualty again falls onto an outstretched hand, but also in the event of the fall the casualty's body twists around the outstretched hand which applies a twisting force up to the shoulder joint




You would need:



  • Ice packs

  • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications



KNEE INJURIES






Knee Injury Symptoms
Acute knee injuries can cause pain and swelling with difficulty bending the knee and weight-bearing.
Longer-term symptoms that point to knee problems will include pain and swelling in addition to other complaints. Inflammation in the joint may be caused by even minor activity. Swelling may be intermittent, brought on by activity, and may gradually resolve as the inflammation decreases.






Direct blow to the knee or stretch or pulls taking it trough a lot more what can go trough. There are lots of things you can do to the knee depending on different treatments and injuries and short team or long term.
